EASY PIE CRUST | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 2 tbsp. milk Sift flour, sugar, and salt into a pie tin. Beat oil and milk until creamy. Pour over flour and mix with fork until flour is all moistened. Press with fingers and cover bottom, up sides and over rim of tin. Prick for baked shell. May be used as baked or unbaked shell. Use 425 degree oven. |
