SAUTEED BROCCOLI 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1. Peel, wash, and cook broccoli; drain and set aside.

2. In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. When butter foam begins to subside, add cooked broccoli and salt. Saute lightly for 2-3 minutes, toss to coat with butter. Add grated cheese and toss 2-3 times.
