CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
Brownies:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:

2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. creme de menthe

Icing:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Brownies: Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Frosting: Cream all ingredients and spread over cooled brownies.

Icing: Melt chocolate chips and butter together over low heat until smooth. Pour over top of icing. Let brownies cool before cutting.
