BREAKFAST - SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Mix together. 1 bulk reg. seasoned sausage 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. dry parsley flakes

Brown sausage; drain and break up in pieces. Layer bread in a greased baking dish, 13 x 9 inch. Sprinkle evenly with cooked sausage and then parsley and grated cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients and gently pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven about 40 minutes. Let set a few minutes before cutting to serve. To prevent over browning, cover loosely during last 10 minutes of baking.

Note: Diced ham may be substituted for the sausage.
