CHINESE CHICKEN 
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chicken (legs, wings, breasts, etc.)
1 med. onion, diced
Dash garlic powder
Dash Lawry's seasoned salt

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Occasionally spoon sauce over chicken as it bakes. Chicken takes on a glassy, dark brown glaze as it bakes. Excess sauce may be used over rice if you like. Cut back on water if you use frozen chicken. A delicious outcome for chicken lovers.
