CHINESE TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 med. size can Chinese noodles (5 oz.) 1 c. chopped celery 3/4-1 c. chopped onions 1 sm. can chopped mushrooms 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 c. milk 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans tuna 1 c. chopped cashew nuts Mix the celery, onions, mushrooms, mushroom soup, milk and tuna together. Add the noodles last. Place the mixture in a buttered baking dish, then top with the chopped cashew nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6. |
