SHRIMP LOUIS 
1/2 cup Fat-Free mayonnaise
1/4 cup Chili sauce
2 tbsp. Sweet relish
2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Salad: 8 c. Shredded lettuce, iceberg, 1 lb. Cleaned and Cooked fresh medium shrimp, 4 Celery stalks, cut into sticks, 4 Tomatoes, quartered, 2 Hard boiled egg whites, quartered, parsley sprigs.

Combine all dressing ingredients, mix thoroughly. In a bowl, place lettuce, shrimp, celery, tomato, and egg. Top with dressing. Garnish with parsley springs.
