CLASSIC SPINACH DIP 
1 box Knorrs vegetable soup
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
1 box frozen chopped spinach, drained well
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
2 to 3 green onions, chopped fine

Add vegetable soup mix to sour cream. Add spinach and onions and chopped water chestnuts. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve in hollowed out loaf of Hawaiian bread or other type of bread.

Serve with vegetables or crackers.
