EXTRA SPECIAL SPINACH DIP 
In medium bowl, blend:

1 envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Stir in:

1 (10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained well & chopped

Blend soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice well. Then add this to the well drained chestnuts. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.

This can be served in a lettuce lined dish; or hollow out a round of Hawaiian bread placing dip in bread and cube the bread removed from loaf to serve with the dip.
