COMPANY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp Accent
10 drops Tabasco
1 c. sour cream
2 sm. carrots, grated
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. herbed stuffing mix
4 tbsp. butter melted
4 tbsp. grated onion or onion flakes

Cook and drain broccoli. Blend soup and flour. Add Tabasco, Accent, sour cream, carrot, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and stir in broccoli. Place in large casserole. Combine stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 14.
