BACON SALAD DRESSING 
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1/4 lb. bacon diced
1 1/4 tsp. fat from bacon

Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well with part of water. Heat vinegar and remaining water. Add flour mixture to vinegar, water mixture. Fry bacon and drain. Add bacon bits plus bacon fat. Cook until desired consistency. Makes one quart. Heat desired amount for your salads. Serve warm.
