BACON SALAD DRESSING 
3 slices bacon chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Cook bacon slowly until crisp. Do not drain. Stir in vinegar, salt and sugar and reheat. Pour while hot over lettuce or other salad greens. Greens will wilt slightly. Serve immediately.
