1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut

Mix well all ingredients and drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened

Mix ingredients together and ice cookies after they have cooled. Place between sheets of waxed paper so icing doesn't stick to other cookies.
