2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, soft
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. orange extract

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tbsp. orange juice

Combine butter, sugar and honey. Add egg and stir. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop well rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet 1-2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.

To make icing, mix all ingredients together. Ice cookies while still warm.
