APRICOT FLUFF 
2 lg. (28 oz.) cans whole or halved apricots
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Whipped cream or topping
Maraschino cherries (optional)

Open and drain cans of apricots. Puree apricots in blender, several at a time. Pour into bowl, add marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight. Serve in dish or sherbet type glass. Top with whipped cream or topping and cherry.

You will have to experiment with this to see how many servings you will obtain.
