NO BAKE RUM BALLS 
2 (12 oz.) vanilla wafers, crushed
2 c. cocoa
8 tbsp. lite Karo syrup
1 c. dark rum
1 c. bourbon
5 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped walnuts

ONE DAY BEFORE SERVING:

Mix everything but 1 cup of confectioners' sugar together. Roll into balls the size of a walnut. Let stand overnight in airtight container or Saran Wrap. The next day, roll in confectioners' sugar and store in plastic container.

This recipe is nice around the Christmas holidays and for gift giving.
