SWEET & SOUR COLE SLAW 
1 lg. cabbage, shredded
2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
2 lg. green peppers, thinly sliced

Bring to boil 1 cup oil, 1 cup vinegar, 1 1/2 cups sugar and pour over cabbage, onion and peppers. Let stand 2 to 3 days in refrigerator. Stir at least once a day.
