JACKIE'S TUNA NOODLE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni or shell noodles (Barilla)
2 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna, drained
1 (15 oz.) can sweet peas, drained
1 small onion, chopped
Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste

Boil noodles until cooked. Drain noodles and let cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Once noodles are cool, add them to a big mixing bowl. Drain both cans of tuna and break tuna up with fork into small pieces. Add tuna to the noodles.

Cut up a small onion and add chopped onion to taste. Drain uncooked can of sweet peas to the mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Add Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, to taste.

Note: Each noodle should have enough Miracle Whip or mayonnaise for the dressing.

Mix well. Add freshly ground pepper, to taste. Enjoy!!
