MEXICAN CHEF'S SALAD 
1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
French dressing
Hot sauce
Bag Doritos
1 avocado
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained

Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Toss with cheese, dressing and hot sauce to taste. Crunch Doritos and add to salad. Slice and add avocado. Brown ground beef and add beans. Add salt. Simmer for 10 minutes and mix into cold salad. Decorate with Doritos, avocado and tomato slices. Serve pronto! Serves 6 - 8.
