PEACH COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 lg. can sliced peaches with juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in baking dish. Into this, place peaches. Mix remainder of ingredients together and sprinkle evenly over the peaches. Bake at 325 degrees until brown, as desired. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream. Can also be served cold.
