HUNTER BEEF 
1 lb. boneless piece of uncut beef
1 tbsp. salt
1 pt. vinegar

Put the vinegar and salt on beef and poke the beef with sharp knife or fork. Repeat this procedure every day for a week and keep it in the refrigerator. After the week, bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Use it as a sandwich meat or eat it alone with any kind of sauce.
