SPINACH DIP 
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 large chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, squeeze out juice

Mix well. Chill for several hours. Keeps well. Serve with crackers.

You may be tempted to eat it with a spoon. Good with Fritos.

You can hollow out a loaf of round bread to serve it in, saving the pieces of bread to serve beside it.
