REESE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg. Add vanilla and stir in sifted dry ingredients. Form into about 40 (1 inch) balls and place in greased miniature muffin tins. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and quickly press a Reese cup into center of each hot cookie. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. |
