FROSTED MEAT LOAF 
4 c. cornflakes
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork

Crush cornflakes slightly: combine with remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread in greased 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour. Unmold loaf and place on greased baking sheet or ovenproof platter.

FROSTING:

4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
1 c. cornflakes
1 tbsp. melted butter
