CORN PUDDING 
1 c. corn, dried
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs

Put corn in blender. Blend until it is like cornmeal. Then combine corn with all the other ingredients. Bake in a buttered casserole 50 minutes at 375 degrees (25 degrees less if using a glass casserole).
