CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. chopped chicken (used canned)
2 cans Franco-American macaroni and cheese
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can diced pimentos, drained
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix

May add onion powder or whatever you like to give the topping more flavor. Mix all the cans of stuff and cheese together. Put in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Saute the topping and put on top of the chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
