ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
4 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tsp. sweet basil
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and make into balls.

Bake on cookie sheet 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Add to your favorite sauce.
