ITALIAN BEEF 
4 lb. thinly sliced tip or rump roast
1 pkg. auju (boil with 3 c. water)
2 tsp. Italian spices
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced

Lay meat into 9"x13" pan. Cover with sliced onion and pepper. Sprinkle with spices. Add auju mixture. Cover with foil tightly. Bake 3 to 4 hours at 325 degrees.
