HAM LOAF 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/4 lb. ground cooked ham (about 6 c.)
Onion, chopped, to taste
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs

In large bowl, beat egg, add milk, catsup, mustard and pepper. Stir in bread crumbs. Add meat and mix well. Make into a loaf. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees with half of glaze on top. Then add rest of glaze and bake 10 minutes more.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard

Cook together until well blended.
