SENEGLESE 
1 lib. stew meat, cut in sm. pieces
1 lg. apple, peeled, chopped into 1" pieces
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil

Brown onion and meat in olive oil. Drain oil off. Add curry powder and enough water to cover meat. Cook until tender. Add apple and raisins. Cook 10-15 minutes more until apple is tender. Serve with crusty bread.
