1 lb. fish (white flesh fish like cod, sole, plaice), take the bones out of the fish 1 dozen eggs 5 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 7 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. Japanese sake 1 tbsp. soy sauce #1. Put the fish in the cutter and mince for a few minutes to be a paste. #2. Stir eggs in a bowl. Mix eggs with flour, salt, sugar, sake, and soy sauce and mix in with fish. #3. Oil a cookie sheet and put it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. for ten minutes. #4. Put (#2) on cookie sheet and bake for about 30 or 40 minutes in the oven. #5. Spread the aluminum foil on the table and overturn (#4) on the foil. #6. Roll the omelette using the foil, but be careful not to roll the foil in the omelette. #7. Wrap the rolled omelettes in the foil tight and fasten by three rubber bands. #8. Put (#7) in the refrigerator overnight. #9. Slice the omelette (about a half inch). |
