12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth 1 minute electric mixer.

Pour into plate and bake 35 to 40 minutes. To test, insert knife half way between center and edge. It should come out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
