QUICK ENERGY PICK-UPS | |
3-4 graham crackers 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1/2 c. instant non-fat dry milk 1 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 tbsp. water With your fingers, crush crackers into sheet of wax paper. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in graham cracker crumbs until coated. Put on ungreased sheet and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. About 30 snacks. |
