Throughout time the unpolluted stream snaked through the Redwood forest. The pure water washes over the slippery stones. From this pure stream, take enough water to fill a black pot. Build a fire and boil. Take one of the stones from the stream and put it into the water. Grab 2 large handfuls of Redwood sorrel. (It grows on the east side of the mighty giants.) Put the sorrel into the boiling water and wait 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the pot from the fire and pour some of the STONE SOUP into a cup. Let it simmer. Drink and enjoy.
