VEGETABLE PIZZA 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 lg. pkg. lowfat cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise (light)
3 lg. carrots
1 head broccoli (use crown only)
1 lg. green pepper
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese

Pat crescent rolls in oblong sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Mix the cream cheese, Ranch dressing and mayonnaise and spread over baked crescent rolls.

Grate or process carrots, broccoli and green pepper. Spread vegetables on top of dressing mixture.

Grate Mozzarella cheese and place on top. Bake in oven at 325 until cheese is melted.
