SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained
6 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter]
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
4 tbsp. sharp grated cheese

In a 1 quart casserole, mix all ingredients EXCEPT 4 tablespoons cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese.
