DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 sm. minced onion
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 tsp. dill seed
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix cottage cheese, butter and onion. Heat through. Combine all ingredients except flour in a mixing bowl. Slowly add flour and mix well. Knead for 5 to 8 minutes. Cover and let rise two times its bulk. Punch down and let rest 10 minutes. Place in a well greased, lightly floured casserole dish. Let rest 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
