TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1 c. water
1 stick melted butter
2 1/2 c. cooked diced turkey
1/4 c. green onion tops
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. celery
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix stuffing, water and butter and put 1/2 of mixture in 12 x 8 inch casserole. Thoroughly mix remaining ingredients. Spread over bread mix in casserole. Top with remaining bread mixture. Slightly beat 2 eggs with 1 1/2 cups milk and pour evenly over casserole. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking. Spread 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup on top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
