BRISKET 
1/3 c. chili powder
1/4 c. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. Accent
1 1/2 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 c. oil
8-10 lb. brisket

Mix first 5 ingredients. Rub both sides of brisket with mixture. Place fat side up in pan. Mix next 4 ingredients. Baste every 30 minutes. Bake 6 hours in 250 degree oven.
