POT ROAST 
1 lg. roast
6 med. potatoes
3 med. carrots
2 celery stalks
1 lg. onion, quartered
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Soy sauce

Place roast in pressure cooker. Add 2 cups water. Add vegetables and soups, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Sprinkle soy sauce over top. Cook on high 10 pounds pressure for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Cook 45 additional minutes.
