POPCORN CAKE | |
4 qts. popcorn, popped 1 lb. marshmallows 1/2 lb. butterscotch morsels 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 lb. salted peanuts or other nuts 1/2 c. butter 1 lb. sm. gumdrops Into large pan, mix popcorn, nuts and gumdrops - into another pan, melt marshmallows, butterscotch morsels, butter and oil. Stir into popcorn; mix until well coated. Pour into greased tube or Bundt cake pan; let cool thoroughly and turn out on a plate. M & M candy can be used rather than gumdrops if desired. |
