POPCORN CAKE 
1 c. popcorn, popped according to pkg. directions
12 oz. M&M'S® candies
8 oz. dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil

1. Alternate popcorn, M&M'S® and peanuts in a large bowl or pot; set aside.

2.Melt marshmallows, butter and oil together in microwave, stirring after 2 minutes. Microwave 2 more minutes then beat well.

3. Pour over dry ingredients, stir. Pour or spoon into bundt pan or loaf pans. Chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
