POPCORN CAKE 
1 c. popcorn, popped (unsalted; about 24 c. popped corn)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. M&M'S®
1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
1 (16 oz.) pkg. peanut M&M'S®
1 c. pecans halves
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. butter

Mix together popped corn, candies, peanuts, and pecans in a large bowl or pan. Melt butter on warm. Add marshmallows; heat and stir until melted. Pour over popcorn mixture. Mix well using greased hands.

Press into a greased 15 cup tube pan (angel food cake pan). Press any remaining mixture into balls or another greased pan. Let set overnight. Loosen with knife and invert on serving platter.

Microwave: Melt butter with marshmallows for 2 minutes on HIGH (100%). Stir and cook for 1 or 2 minutes longer or HIGH until melted. Proceed as directed previously.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
