OVERNIGHT OATMEAL MACAROONS | |
4 c. quick oatmeal 2 c. dark brown sugar 1 c. salad oil 2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. almond extract The night before, mix oatmeal, brown sugar, and salad oil. Next morning, add rest of ingredients. Drop from a full teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Remove promptly. Cool. Store in airtight container. Freezes well. |
