GRAMMIE D'S BANANA PINEAPPLE JAM 
6 lg. very ripe bananas
1 (#2 1/2) can crushed pineapple in syrup
6 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mash bananas. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves. Stir constantly over medium heat until thick. Watch so it doesn't scorch. Put in sterilized jars and seal. DELICIOUS on ice cream, bread or toast, or as a condiment with ham.
