CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/2 sm. onion, diced
1/2 sm. carrot, diced
1 pkg. frozen broccoli chunks or fresh, cooked a little
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 qt. chicken broth
1/2 pt. cream

Season with salt, white pepper and garlic. Saute onions, carrots and frozen broccoli in 1 stick of butter. Add flour and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add chicken stock and cream seasonings. Check for taste and consistency. 6 to 8 servings.
