1 box Orange Cake Mix (Prepare according to directions and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan.)

Icing:

1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 small can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 lemon rind, grated

Spread icing on cooled cake. Refrigerate over night before serving.
