BARB'S FAMOUS POTATOES 
2 c. half and half
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. (12 oz. each) frozen hash brown patties, thawed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat cream and butter together. Add salt. Place thawed potatoes in single layer pan. Pour cream mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.

Bake in 325°F oven for 1 hour.

Serves 6.
