POTATO SALAD 
3 1/2 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
1 sm. onion
1 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. chopped pickles
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
Mayonnaise
Green pepper
Vinegar to taste

Cut onions, celery, pickles, green peppers and add eggs in large bowl. Add cooked potatoes while still warm. Add mustard, mayonnaise, salt and vinegar. Slice egg on top and sprinkle with paprika.
