HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
1 lb. bacon 3/4 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. water 1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. celery seed Dash of pepper 4 c. diced potatoes 2 tbsp. parsley Prepare bacon. Saute celery and onions in some of the bacon grease. Mix together the next 8 ingredients. Add to the celery and onions. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens. Add to the potatoes and parsley and crumbled bacon. Enjoy! This recipe can be doubled. |
